Meet The Doctor

Ben Alderdice Jr, DMD

Dr. Ben Alderdice Jr. grew up in Somerset, KY and is a graduate of Somerset High School.  He continued his studies at Western Kentucky University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry.  Dr. Alderdice Jr then went on to receive his dental degree from The University of Louisville College of Dentistry.

Dr. Alderdice Jr. completed a four year post-graduate residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Following residency training, he became Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Alderdice Jr is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Alderdice and his wife, Erin, live in Somerset, KY with their three boys. In his spare time, Dr. Alderdice Jr enjoys fishing, basketball, travel, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Alderdice Jr has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Somerset, KY since 2010. He has special interest in Wisdom Teeth Removal, Dental Implant placement, Bone Grafting, TMJ Disorders and Botox/Juvederm administration.
